Responsibilities:

Complete our PAID Jackson Hewitt Customer Sales Associate training

Greet all clients with a friendly and professional demeanor

Quickly and accurately input sensitive and confidential client data, Form W2s, and other tax documentation into our proprietary software

Answer phones and resolve client issues

Requirements:

2+ years Customer Service experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment

Basic knowledge of computer functions, including setup of office computer systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
