WE ARE SEEKING 2 LICENSED INSURANCE PROFESSIONALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

• We are essentially a Commercial Insurance Agency that also offers personal line through Farmers Insurance.
• Your position will initially involve the service of personal lines and assisting in the service of commercial while you become familiar with our operation.
• This position is not a remote position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present, renew and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and recommend suitable coverage based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through internal and external networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years previous RETAIL experience in Property and Casualty customer service.
• Understanding of Agency Management Systems and Accord Forms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Problem Solving ability and able to communicate solutions
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be computer literate, and possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
