    We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time Resume Writer on behalf of our client. This role involves creating impactful resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that effectively showcase clients' skills, experiences, and achievements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review intake sessions to understand their career aspirations, work history, and key accomplishments.
    • Craft compelling and personalized resumes and cover letters that align with each client's career goals and the requirements of their targeted industries.
    • Optimize LinkedIn profiles to enhance clients' online presence and attractiveness to potential employers.
    • Stay updated on the latest resume writing trends, job search technologies, and industry developments to provide top-tier services.
    • Work collaboratively with clients to refine their documents and offer advice on effective job search strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant profession.
    • CPRW Certification or other certification from a recognized resume writing association.
    • 3 years of proven experience in resume writing, professional writing, or editing, evidenced by a strong portfolio of work.
    • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with a meticulous approach to grammar, formatting, and style.
    • A thorough understanding of various industries, job functions, and the nuances of the recruitment process.
    • Excellent client service and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO best practices is highly desirable.
