    POSITION SUMMARY

    Work Type: Remote subcontractor through Del.Trust

    Pay: $30/hour

    Hours: 10-15 hours per week

    Note: You MUST have experience with WealthDocx.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Draft estate planning documents for attorney review using WealthDocx (Trusts, Wills, Ancillary documents)
    • Probate accounting and inventory.
    • Organization of assets, client files and utilize this data to produce reports
    • Trust funding
    • Draft correspondence
    • Client Management
    • Calendar Management
    • File management

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2+ years of estate planning experience
    • 2+ years experience using WealthCounsel software
    • 2+ years experience using Clio
    • Remote/home office
    • Motivated, reliable and able to work within a professional environment
    • Experience and diligence in detailed time tracking
    • Proficient in using document management systems and legal software.

    Compensation

    $30/hour
