The Law Offices of Eslamboly Hakim is a personal injury law firm located in Beverly Hills, CA. The firm's exclusive focus is helping injured clients obtain full compensation for their injuries. We are looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their busy team. The candidate will be responsible for helping manage personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Draft legal documents including routine pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses.
• Organize and electronically file pleadings.
• Perform administrative duties (calendaring hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.)
• Assist with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.
• Case management from start to finish.
• Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
• Must have California personal injury experience.
• Motivated, reliable and able to work within a professional firm environment.

Compensation:

$28+/hour DOE
