    We're searching for a diligent Director of First Impressions to provide administrative support and bring positive energy to our wealth management office. You’ll be responsible for responding to all Client requests and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the physical office space and equipment. Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity • Buy materials for the office when necessary • Maintain physical office space, supplies, and equipment • Become proficient in and own operational processes to streamline Advisor activity Qualifications: • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Salesforce and Calendly preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation: $55,000+ yearly
