Our family law firm has an immediate full-time opportunity for a superstar Office and Executive Support Specialist This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who has experience working as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator and wants to be part of a kickass team. About Us Our Founding and Managing Attorneys are entrepreneurs who are passionate about de-stressing the divorce process. We have set our sights on being the “go-to firm” for Family Law in the Morristown, NJ area. We are a small, but mighty, team who work together to accomplish our goals. About the Role Currently, we need someone who can help us stay organized, ensure the office is running smoothly, and be the firm’s voice with outside vendors. Ideally, you will have experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator but we might be willing to train the right service-minded office professional. Experience in a law firm is a plus! Responsibilities: Office Operations Key Responsibilities Include: • Manage deadlines and appointments on the Firm’s calendar • Receive, review, and distribute incoming correspondence • Liaison with third-party vendors • Copy, scan, and file records related to vendor management • Manage CLE tracking for Attorneys and assist Owners with annual registration and reporting • Answer phones as needed and backup client intake as needed by the Client Coordinator • Light marketing duties as needed Executive Support Key Responsibilities Include: • Daily calendar review with Owners to discuss their schedule and block as needed • Network management including scheduling of lunches and other meetings, ordering and sending gifts, database management • Create agendas for Firm meetings as well as Partner meetings Qualifications: We need someone who is interested in being with us as we grow and is willing to wear multiple hats. What we aren’t looking for is someone who thinks helping out a team member or making a pot of coffee is beneath them, so if that’s the case – please don’t apply. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
