What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and escalations.

• Maintain frequent communication with providers and patients to communicate progress.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• High school diploma with 2+ years recent case management experience in healthcare setting.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in healthcare setting, preferably with pharmacy or insurance background.
