What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a strategic partner for Gene Therapy team leaders in San Diego.
• Drive talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Guide leaders through employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent process.
• Lead HR policies and procedures implementation to engage and retain employees.

About You:

This is an onsite position for 3-4 days/week in San Diego, CA.

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with a focus on HR Management and/or Organizational Development. A minimum of 12 years of HR experience primarily as an HRBP is required, enhanced by TA experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment.
• Familiarity with California employment law practices.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Interpersonal awareness, effective communication, and excellent project management skills.
