POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Spine Division's marketing efforts. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on management experience in the medical device industry, specifically focused on spine products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing spine products, managing a team and a proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market share for our spine products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and implement product launches, including coordinating with R&D, sales, and clinical teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the spine market.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and sales tools, to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights and develop educational programs and materials.
- Manage the marketing budget for the spine division, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the organization of events, conferences, and workshops to promote our spine products and educate customers.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in spine technology to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on spine products.
- Strong understanding of the spine market landscape, including key competitors, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
