Digital Marketing Manager with Exciting Start Up in Medical Diagnostics
Our client, a rapidly growing diagnostic company is seeking an experienced Integrated Communications Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts. This person will be responsible for creating and implanting the digital marketing strategy, while brining both a creative and strategic mindset to drive measurable outcomes. Driving metrics and reporting on ROI, creating content and executing integrations plans will be important to this role. Responsibilities:
- • Drive customer-centric communications and deliverables across multiple channels and departments including Marketing, Education, Market Access and Reimbursement, Clinical, and Sales
- • Organize and implement all digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, email marketing and social media creating customer centric omni-channel campaigns
- • Develop unique content based on advanced customer segmentation utilizing data available across different channels and third parties
- • Maintain high-quality data and leverages analytics to drive data-driven decisions
- • Collaborate with leadership team to drive innovation and deliver end to end customer experiences through marketing automation, the field sales organization, trade shows, and peer to peer events
- • Gain deep understanding of a user’s digital and offline behavior to help identify actions that lead to the greatest ROI and drive customers down the funnel
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- • 5 years in digital marketing within b2b marketing
- • Strong understand of Marketo
- • Healthcare experience preferred
- • Experience within a startup
