POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Marketing Associate you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and facilitate the successful launch of new medical devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at target audiences, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Content Development: Create engaging content for various marketing materials including brochures, website content, social media posts, press releases, and presentations, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Product Launch Support: Assist in the development and implementation of product launch plans, including coordinating promotional activities, organizing events, and creating sales enablement tools to support the commercialization process.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, regulatory affairs, and clinical to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
