    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    As a Marketing Associate you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and facilitate the successful launch of new medical devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at target audiences, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
    • Content Development: Create engaging content for various marketing materials including brochures, website content, social media posts, press releases, and presentations, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
    • Product Launch Support: Assist in the development and implementation of product launch plans, including coordinating promotional activities, organizing events, and creating sales enablement tools to support the commercialization process.
    • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, regulatory affairs, and clinical to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
    • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
    • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant guidelines and requirements.

     

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functional teams.
