    Join my client's dynamic team as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM), where you'll play a pivotal role in managing, retaining, and accelerating the growth of our clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll build meaningful relationships with hospital and health system leaders, addressing their training, clinical education, and professional development challenges.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • End-to-end management of client engagement process, including communication, budget, project management, and client meetings.
    • Establish success metrics, monitor outcomes, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Analyze data to provide insights and feedback to clients, fostering growth opportunities.

     

    About You:

    • Be able to do the job as described.
    • Industry Experience: 5+ years servicing or selling to hospitals and/or health systems in a sales or account management role
    • Consultative Approach: Approach account management with a consultative mindset, focusing on discovery and solution-oriented strategies.
    • Multitasking Pro: Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions with high quality.
