What You'll Be Doing:
- End-to-end management of client engagement process, including communication, budget, project management, and client meetings.
- Establish success metrics, monitor outcomes, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Analyze data to provide insights and feedback to clients, fostering growth opportunities.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years servicing or selling to hospitals and/or health systems in a sales or account management role
- Consultative Approach: Approach account management with a consultative mindset, focusing on discovery and solution-oriented strategies.
- Multitasking Pro: Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions with high quality.
