What You'll Be Doing

• Managing all aspects of the business, including team management, P&L, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, and more.
• Growing and retaining business by fostering amazing executive relationships.
• Leading projects and executing strategies to drive growth and innovation.
• Maintaining and promoting a strong company culture in accordance with the company’s core values.
• Establishing yourself as a strong partner for all clients.
• Managing day-to-day company needs as an executive of the business.
• Driving and innovating new products.
• Negotiating contracts, pricing, and all factors relevant to a supply chain

About You

• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience.
• Be able to do the job as described.
• 10+ years of experience in team management.
• Strong experience in the Sports Medicine space.
• OR experience with Sports Medicine procedures.
• Proven track record of retaining business and growing customer relationships.
• Understanding of basic financials and managing a full P&L.
• Experience maintaining and scaling a strong, positive company culture.
• Lead from within and get hands-on.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
