What You'll Be Doing:

1. Oversee month-end accounting tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency.
2. Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
3. Review and oversee payroll/benefit accounting and accruals.
4. Implement accounting policies, including compliance with ASC 842.
5. Coordinate year-end audit and assist in creating GAAP financial statements.

About You:

1. Be able to do the job as described.
2. Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Prior experience with inventory accounting preferred.
6. 8+ years of accounting experience, including manufacturing exposure.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred.
8. Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
