If you are passionate about sales, real estate, creating a connection with your prospects, and a problem solver, you are the candidate we're looking for. We purchase properties, remodel them, and resell for a profit as well as wholesale properties. We are a real estate brokerage licensed for over 20 years that can represent buyers and sellers. We dedicate a large budget for our marketing campaigns to provide quality leads to our sales managers. We focus on distressed properties/situations. Due to the situation with COVID, there is expected to be a rise in distressed homes/homeowners. We need a top-notch salesperson that is good with people, trustworthy, and is good at negotiating. You’ll hunt, prepare, close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a draw on future commissions paid twice per month. Average salespeople can make $120,000 per year in this position, top-notch salespeople have the potential for $200,000+.
