    We are a real estate investment company, with a strong focus on remodeling and reselling residential homes. We need a part-time project manager in the San Diego area. We need help in the following areas: finding and managing contractors, reviewing and clearing inspection reports, overseeing and managing, ordering and delivering all materials to sites. At times supply us with design recommendations. Responsible for meeting all timelines for the given project. Previous experience overseeing a construction crew is a plus, must be knowledgeable in reading and clearing home termite and roof inspection reports. Work will be on a per-project basis.
