    We are are passionate about real estate and sales, come and join our hard working investment organization!Compensation: Commission based with a potential of $200,000 plus per year is possible. The more passionate you are about sales, the higher your paycheck. A great salesperson will earn $130,000 + with us, but a really great salesperson will earn well over $200,000 into year 2. Draws towards commission will be paid each pay period to qualified applicants. Schedule Flexible schedule, work from home days possible. Driving to prospective clients/homes required.We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases properties from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in “as is” condition and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.We market heavily. We provide quality pre-vetted leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to organize the leads.We are sincerely committed to the success of our sales reps. Responsibilities: Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Follow-up with leads to increase sales Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Tech savvy Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Self-motivation and drive Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000
