Project Manager

Seeking creative, organized individuals interested in managing diverse projects with our experienced teams. Role includes setting project goals and plans, monitoring progress and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

·      Documenting the project, goals, scope, approach, timeline, and team structure into a format consumable by all project team members

·      Preparing and monitoring to a project plan with defined interdependencies

·      Defining and documenting project roles/responsibilities for all team members

·      Jointly working with the customers’ project manager to keep all project activities on track against the schedule

·      Assessing, reporting and mitigating project risks

·      Setting team and customers’ expectations for engagement on the project

·      Communicating project status through both written and verbal reports

·      Conducting regular meetings with various audiences from team members to executive sponsor to share status, address risks and manage expectations

·      Guiding team members through daily project challenges to keep the project moving forward

·      Managing and reporting project budget and margin on a monthly basis

·      Gathering all customer sign-offs required by the project

·      Engaging management, as needed, to assist in addressing people or system issues that impact the project outcome

·      Understands and can articulate the impact of risks to a project schedule, budget and/or scope

·      Able to manage a team of diverse individuals from Jade and the customer to keep all activities on target for completion.
