    We are seeking individuals with previous retail experience preferably gained within a high end or luxury market. This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic.

    Responsibilities

    As a Client Advisor and Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the J'Adore Les Fleurs promise. The ideal person for this position will manifest the JLF promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client’s time spent at the our boutiques or over the phone.

    Must have appreciation for art, beauty and luxury.

    Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival or on the phone and sharing relevant information regarding our products and services.

    The Client/Floral Advisor will play a crucial role of consistently providing a superior level of service to clients, while increasing client conversion and retention, to drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty.

    Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style of flowers and advice on the best floral arrangement for the occasion.

    Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand.

    Optimize the client experience through providing clients with prompt, professional, warm and courteous service.

    Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.

    Build lasting relationships with customers.

    Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed client expectations.

    Maintain consistent follow up with clients regarding orders and delivery times.

    By striving to discover your Clients and their every need you will tailor their experience within our store in order to elevate their experience and impression of JLF while also ensuring to build long lasting relationships which will be maintained through the usage of our in-house clienteling tools and systems.
