Member of a privately-held organization, serving a number of global markets, with headquarters located in Europe.About the PositionResponsible for leading all marketing campaigns and strategy to grow the Jäger brand. Main duties of the Graphic Designer are creating campaigns and collaborating with other team members to create new customer growth and brand recognition, as well as being responsible for supporting Key Account Managers in identifying, developing and securing new target customers to achieve annual growth with a focus on Jaeger-Unitek’s diversification strategy. This position requires a high level of motivation to lead marketing campaigns and the ability to build strong market recognition, new account penetration through support and positioning of communications/brands to identified target market segments. Requires advanced skills in Microsoft Office platforms, Adobe Suite, and WordPress.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Promotional Strategy
Work with both internal and external resources to design, develop and implement a robust marketing strategy
Social Media, Print, Trade Show Participation, White Papers
Perform the research needed to present critical information for proper strategic market segment penetration
Development and implementation of market and product specific growth strategies as it relates to promotion
Marketing Communications & Webpage Design
Identify, develop and lead strategic communication strategies for internal and external promotion
Lead development of technical briefings, photography and other promotional tools
Lead web design and initiatives to insure image and communication alignment with the target market
Build and insure corporate identity initiatives are implemented in support of Jäger branding and image strategy
Coordinate outside activities with third party organizations to insure marketing messages are effective, creative and timely
Develop and launch effective communications via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to develop Ecommerce platforms to effectively position and grow B2C and B2B revenue streams

Communication skills: Ability to be a strong, effective communicator, and exhibit effectiveness in verbal and written communications with internal and external contacts
Leadership skills: Possess the ability to coordinate a team of diverse associates in an environment which creates continuous market opportunities for growth and diversification
Digital skills: Expertise in internet advertising and media, which includes a social media strategy with a demonstrated track record on LinkedIn and other social media outlets that are significant in company outreach
Perception: Demonstrated ability to see the big picture to be able to provide useful advice and input across the company
Research: Ability to build brand awareness to new target customer opportunities
Branded Market Communications: Proficient in communicating brand via the company website, print communication, and advertising
IT Systems: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office platforms, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and Design/Editing Software
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving ability

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2+ years of related experience
