Job Description

We're looking for a traffic ticket attorney to attend hearings primarily in NYC, but also in the suburbs.  We prefer a candidate who has at least 6 months to a year of experience (or more) of traffic ticket representation experience. The job will require you to go to the different TVBs in the five boroughs of NYC.  You will be asked to bring in business and will be well-compensated for doing so.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at criminal and administrative hearings
• Represent clients at trial
• Negotiate with ADAs
• Focus on client consultations -Draft correspondence with courts throughout New York State
• Bring new client business into the firm

Must be licensed to practice in the state of New York.  Associates who do well can expect to make well into the six figures.  You must have transportation and means for getting around.  You'll need to go into different courts and agencies, but you'll never need to go into an office.
