    Jaguar Bolera is launching it’s very first groundbreaking take on the future of the hospitality game and is looking for genuine, thoughtful, dynamic personalities to help introduce us to the Raleigh community.

    The Role:

    We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Team of Line Cooks. The Line Cook is an expert in the art of execution. They are masters of efficiency and precise in delivery. They know the specs and deliver plates that look and taste exactly as they should in a time frame expected. Your responsibilities will include:

    Produce quality plates based on the orders placed.

    Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and product.

    Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, prepping station needs)

    Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

    Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion

    Maintains a clean and organized station.

    Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team and communicates effectively.

    Ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.

    Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive regarding the front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or Guests)

    Who We're Looking For:

    The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

    Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

    The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills.

    Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and with federal, state, and local regulations.

    Exceptional culinary skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.

    Requirements:

    Food service experience in a high-volume environment preferred (1-2 years)

    Participate in Food Safety training. ServSafe certification is a plus.

    Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

    Interested in a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

    Confident with technology and point of sales systems (KDS).

    Willing to learn and grow in the role.
