Assist customers with retrieval of radio codes.
Assist the service department with telephone calls.
Make daily appointment schedule available to all service advisors.
Monitor appointment schedule to ensure that over-booking does not occur.
Provide the service department with a list of daily appointments.
Assist the service department with other duties, when time allows.
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments.
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
Keeps work area clean.
Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed.
Acts as backup to switchboard operator.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Keeps work area neat and clean.
Assists in the filing process.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Reports to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work.
