    • Assist customers with retrieval of radio codes.

    • Assist the service department with telephone calls.

    • Make daily appointment schedule available to all service advisors.

    • Monitor appointment schedule to ensure that over-booking does not occur.

    • Provide the service department with a list of daily appointments.

    • Assist the service department with other duties, when time allows.

    • Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.

    • Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments.

    • Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.

    • Keeps work area clean.

    • Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.

    • Makes change and issues receipts to customers.

    • Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.

    • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.

    • Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed.

    • Acts as backup to switchboard operator.

    • Maintains a professional appearance.

    • Keeps work area neat and clean.

    • Assists in the filing process.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Reports to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work.
