    JAHLIBYRD is seeking high caliber packaging talent who brings transparency, unique perspectives, excellence, and enthusiasm to our expanding operations. Innovation, communication, and collaboration are critical to our shared success.  Responsibilities: • Follow Standard Operating Procedures put in place by the Production Manager/Supervisors • Package and label products as directed and trained by the supervisor • Fulfill orders as directed by supervisor • Assemble finished products into ship-ready boxes • Maintain high level of quality while packaging and labeling • Maintain level of desired quantity of packaged material • Maintain level of desired quantity of fulfilled orders • Help maintain inventory counts of packaged products and fulfilled orders • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Ability to timely meet production and packaging goals • Ability to work with automation equipment (labeling and batching machines), once trained • Comply with all state and local laws per new cannabis regulations • Previous warehouse and packaging experience (preferred) • Perform other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned Qualifications: • Be highly organized, clean and efficient • Flexibility and adaptability: ability to adapt to changes, delays or unexpected events in the work environment; ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks; ability to change approach or method to best fit the situation • Meticulous You always pay strict attention to detail and are careful to balance your inner perfectionist with the need to be productive • Punctuality and attendance: You show up on time in a consistent and reliable manner • Positive attitude; works well with others • Computer savvy; working knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets and databases (preferred) • Mechanical aptitude (preferred) • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions • Strong communication skills • Ability to maintain productivity without direct supervision • Excellent time management skills and ability to organize tasks within shifts • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time • Excels in team environment; follows directions easily • A passion to learn and grow with the company • Appreciation of a dynamic, ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) • Must be 21 years of age • Must possess the physical aptitude necessary to perform manual labor tasks required including sitting or standing for long periods of time • Must have excellent manual dexterity • Must be able to perform repetitive movements, pull/push, grasp and carry up to 50 pounds Compensation: $15 - None hourly
