    Job Description

    JALUX AMERICAS, Inc. is currently seeking an Office Administrator with professionalism and strong organizational, time management and customer service skills to support the supply chain management duties for our Aerospace Dept. The job mainly consists of placing orders, issuing invoices, corresponding with our HQ in Los Angeles and clientele in Japan. Ad hoc operation and clerical duties, as needed. The candidate must be a team player and possess excellent skills in multitasking, communication and data entry, as well as strength with attention-to-detail knowledge. The candidate must also be proficient in Windows, Google Suites and Microsoft programs.

    The company offers excellent benefits upon successful completion of the employee's 3-month orientation period.
