    Lord Fairfax Community College, located in the Northern Shenandoah Valley is accepting applications for adjunct, part-time faculty (day, evening and weekend) positions for the Biology department teaching General Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology and or other Biology classes. Adjunct Faculty positions are appointed on a course-by-course, semester basis as needed. Responsibilities include teaching college level courses, which may include distance learning on and off campus courses during the day, evening and weekends. This position will be located mainly in the Middletown Campus and Luray Page Center.

    Applicants should possess a Master's degree, have eighteen graduate semester hours in the discipline/prefix specific to the class, and a history of successful teaching (preferably at the community college level) or related experience. The ability to use instructional technology is a plus. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until needed positions are filled.

    • Credit Courses - Require a Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the specific teaching discipline.
