Job Description
Primary Responsibilities for Advertising Coordinator:
- Act as the liaison between the client and our creative and web development teams
- Participate in initial client briefings
- Manage budgets, ensure adherence to the brand guidelines for clients
- Consult with account and channel teams to defining information requirements/needs
- Facilitate primary and secondary research support
- Strategic direction that will contribute toward increased business and stronger marketing strategies for clients.
- Brand positioning development and creative insight resulting in communications that resonate with target audiences
- Synthesize data to provide strategic implications and creative inspiration
- Facilitate brainstorm sessions that inspire big, creative ideas
- Facilitate creative briefing process and own the development of an insightful and inspiring creative brief
- Ensure tactical plan achieves client objectives and strategies
- General market trend analysis
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ad agency strategy and planning
- Highly curious nature
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain and grow relationships
- Travel required on an as-needed basis
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
