    Come make a difference with us! We are a premiere test prep and academic tutoring center specializing in college admissions. At the heart of our educational philosophy is helping each student achieve his or her full potential through individualized attention, primarily in the forms of 1-on-1 counseling and customized academic plans. We have already helped numerous students in the Austin area improve their grades and test scores, in addition to assisting them in gaining admission to the nation's most selective universities, including Yale, Princeton, and MIT. We are currently looking for instructors to join our wonderful team for our programs. There are opportunities to start working immediately as well.

    Position: Instructor / Academic Tutor

    • Positions starting summer (mandatory orientations)

    Location: Plano (Preston Rd.)

    Positions are available for the following subjects :

    High School Subjects & Test-Prep:

    • SAT Reading/Writing/Vocab/Essay
    • ACT Essay/English/Reading
    • Language Arts
    • AP English
    • IB English
    • World Geography, WHAP, APUSH, European History
    • Foreign Languages
    • SAT Math
    • ACT Science/Math
    • Pre AP/AP Calculus AB/BC
    • Pre AP/AP Physics
    • Pre AP/AP Bio
    • Pre AP/AP Chem & Organic Chem.
    • AP Statistics

    Responsibilities:

    • Teach students in one-on-one setting and/or small classes (3-10 students) with B2A curricula
    • Monitor academic progress for several students and be able to articulate progress to parents
    • Collaborate with staff and directors to meet student goals
    • Develop curricula and assessments in areas that require more student attention
    • Attend periodic meetings for professional development

    Qualifications:

    • Must have prior teaching/tutoring experience in the subject you wish to teach.
    • Must be a graduate of a prestigious 4-year university.
    • Must love teaching teenagers and children.
    • Recent college graduates, graduate students, and teachers are welcome!
    • Must be available during the whole summer session (10 weeks course: 6/4 - 8/10).
    • Opportunities available to work during Fall as well.
    • Must be available for orientation. (tentative: 5/4, 5/12, 5/19)

    Hours of Operation:

    • Fall & Spring: Tuesday - Friday: 2PM - 9PM; Saturday: 9AM - 6PM
    • Summer: Monday - Friday: 9AM - 7:30PM (6/4 - 8/10)
