About the Process Engineer position

We are looking for a reliable Process Engineer who will help us with the process design, operation and implementation. Your duties will include improving manufacturing processes, maximizing profitability, reducing costs and maintaining efficiency.

You should be a good problem solver with creative approach to your tasks, deeply concerned about quality and efficiency and well-versed in the latest technology trends and best practices.

Process Engineer responsibilities are:

• Create and review manufacturing processes through all stages up to certification

• New product design and introduction

• Technical documentation and process documentation

• Monitor and direct processes, take measurements and interpret data

• Prepare, execute, test and upgrade systems and processes

• Implement innovative solutions and best practices to improve production rates and quality of output

• Organize process simulations

• Review and estimate cost and time constraints

• Evaluate risk and develop counter-measures

• Create and manage process documentation and operating instructions

Process Engineer requirements are:

• 2+ years' experience of working on a Process Engineer or other relevant position

• Significant experience with process simulations and process engineering software packages

• Excellent knowledge of process related standards

• Strong technical skills and good practical experience with SolidWorks or CREO

• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Strong analytical thinker with interpersonal skills

• BS degree in Engineering
