The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting existing production operations and creating new processes and fixtures to introduce new products into the plant. This person will also be responsible for process improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity initiatives. This person will work hands-on with customers, production operators, management, vendors/supplies, and teammates.

Job Requirements:
4+ years of Process, Manufacturing, or Product Engineering experience
Associate or Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
Experience with aircraft engine components is preferred
Experience in use and programming of thermal spray equipment (HVOF, plasma) preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Candidate will be expected to perform document creation for both internal and external purposes
The candidate must be able to train and effectively communicate with teammates
3D Modeling Software (CREO/Pro-E Preferred)
Excellent computer skills and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, decision making, communication and project management skills
Extensive knowledge of company process and instruction manuals
Thorough knowledge of aerospace materials and processes
Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
Hands-on or design/development experience in mechanical disciplines
