    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP

     

    We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and helping the outside sales reps with closing sales.

     

    COMPENSATION:

     

    • $40,000 - $45,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Commissions + Quarterly Team Bonus
    • 1st Year OTE = $60,000 - $65,000

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and social media campaigns

    • Understand customer needs and requirements

    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

    • Assisting / Supporting the closing of sales opportunities

    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

    • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

    • Enter and update information into CRM sales enablement tool

     

    SKILLS:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

    • Strong phone presence

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    • Strong listening and presentation skills

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
