Janes Radiant Heating is looking for a service/workforce dispatching, and customer service associate. We are a twenty person firm engaged in in-floor radiant heating services. Become part of the team, our family owned business has provided Radiant Heating products to the construction industry since 1993. General Summary: You will be scheduling and dispatching workforce employees for residential service repair and new construction installations. Skills Required: This person must be able to quickly and effectively evaluate customer needs, emergency requests and independently resolve issues. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, establish instant rapport, and understand the value of exceptional customer service. Answering customer calls, client information entry, computer skills MS Word, Excel, proficient typing, and various office tasks. Dispatch/scheduling experience required. Ideally we want someone who can fill or grow into a senior dispatcher / service manager role. We prefer a very local candidate. We are a fragrance free office that often has two visiting dogs. This is an in-office position.
