Job Description

Jani-King is looking for a CORPORATE OPERATIONS ADVISOR to be based in our Dallas, Texas Corporate headquarters. This individual must be a leader, trainer, motivator and consultant to our regional offices, franchise owners and clients. Our ideal candidate will be professional and confident. Must be able to quickly familiarize themselves with all Jani-King products, services, and procedures and how to implement them.

The CORPORATE OPERATIONS ADVISOR will be expected to travel extensively to support our corporate regional offices. To be successful in this position one needs an entrepreneur mind set, and the ability to lead by example.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Franchise operational relations and training.
• Assist in supervising and training regional operations and office team.
• Handle customer relations issues regarding franchise owners and clients to maintain an acceptable customer retention rate.
• Hands-on inspections of accounts in the regions.
• Audit regional operations procedures and processes.
• Start-up and maintain customer accounts
• Gather data and produce reports on production and operations
• Sales and bid support as needed including presentations.
• Keep job knowledge up-to-date by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS :

• ABILITY TO TRAVEL APPROXIMATELY 85% - MAY INCLUDE WEEKENDS
• Strong management skills

• Excellent at follow-up and follow through

• Must have extensive floor care knowledge
• Must have the ability to operate floor care equipment in a training environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning
• Minimum 5 years of management or supervisor experience
• Experienced utilizing MS Office or other office software.
• PASS BACKGROUND AND MOTOR VEHICLE SCREENS
