Responsibilities: Follow-up with leads to increase sales “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Structure competitive purchase offers that allow the client to put their best foot forward • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business - and yours • Sell residential and commercial real estate all around metro Atlanta - focusing on an hour+ radius from our East Cobb office • Conduct a thorough strategy with the client by having multiple conversations and interactions to gain a full-circle understanding of their needs • Identify homes to view that meet the buyer’s criteria • Host open houses and other events • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers • Accompany buyers and sellers to the closing, ensuring that their interests are protected • Actively communicate with team leadership, other team members, and any other necessary parties as needed • Adhere to company standards with regard to lead management and follow up Qualifications: Great communication and social skills Show good organizational and time management skills Past sales experience is preferred Self-motivation and drive Tech savvy • Georgia Real Estate license required or pursuing • Member of a local Real Estate Board • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn and use new tools, systems, and technologies • Willingness to go where the business is - service within a radius of an hour around our East Cobb office Compensation: $106,500 at plan commission
