The Real Estate Photographer/Field Support Specialist will be responsible for following a set daily schedule while prioritizing tasks to meet the needs of our business, focusing first on photographing and 3D mapping listings, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory of all For Sale signs, directional signs, and lockboxes. When not actively working with listings, the Real Estate Photographer/Field Support Specialist will focus on other needs of the business including but not limited to: general office inventory, cleanliness, and organization, errands pertinent to the business, set up and break down of events held at the main office, and any tasks necessary to day to day functions. Qualified candidates will work well in a fast-paced environment, be organized and a self-starter, and be flexible when the business demands change. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching Schedule: • 8-hour shift This Company Describes Its Culture as: • People-oriented - supportive and fairness-focused • Team-oriented - cooperative and collaborative Responsibilities: • Manage still photography, videography, drone, and 3D mapping of all listings (camera experience a plus) • Manage an accurate inventory and organization of for-sale signs, directional signs, and lockboxes • Place, track, pick up and document the location of all directional signs • Ensure listing materials are delivered to and picked up from sites in a timely manner as per team direction and client criteria • Assess and recommend ideal processes and methods for maintaining a standard of excellence • Be a representative of the Janice Overbeck team to the general public and clients • Obey all traffic laws and follow the rules of the road when driving the company vehicle • Use excellent customer service skills to efficiently and respectfully work inside and outside of clients' homes • Maintain customer service logs and safety records • Maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of the office, company cars, and storage spaces Qualifications: • Drivers License and Over 21 Years of Age • Willing and able to learn new skills • Excellent communication and customer service • Flexibility with schedule based on the needs of the business • Technology savvy • Able to work with Apple Products • Able to lift 25 pounds - lifting and moving camera equipment, yard signs, and other office supplies • Able to work up to 8 hours indoors and outdoors year-round Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Compensation: $15 hourly
