Part-Time Weekend Position American Swim Academy is hiring a part-time custodial member for our Dublin location.

The custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functioning environment for our members and staff; this includes the interior and exterior of the swim school.

SCHEDULE Monday - Friday:

10 AM - 6:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The ability to communicate with members, co-workers, school management, and Area Staff in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

2. The ability to stand for the duration of the shift, up to 8 hours.

3. The ability to bend, squat and reach in order to clean for the duration of the shift, up to 8 hours.

4. The ability to lift 0 - 25 pounds.

5. The ability to carry out written and oral instructions.

6. The ability to arrive on schedule and maintain regular attendance.

7. The ability to respond appropriately to direction from a supervisor.

8. The ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.

9. The ability to recognize potential hazards and respond appropriately.

10. The ability to meet the physical demands of the cleaning tasks listed, including frequent walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and reaching.

11. The ability to use all appropriate cleaning solutions in a safe and approved manner.

12. The ability to clean the facility with minimal interruption to members and staff.

13. The ability to clean in a busy family environment while being friendly and courteous to members.

COMPENSATION

$20 per hour based on experience

Uniform shirt provided, casual dress code

50% discount on swim lessons for family members
