Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Porter (Janitor) to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning tasks, keep common areas tidy, and support basic maintenance needs. Your work plays an important part in ensuring a welcoming and comfortable space for employees and visitors.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 am -3:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and carpets.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.

Empty and replace trash bags in bins and remove waste from premises.

Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and office equipment.

Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions as needed.

Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).

Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines.

Report maintenance issues or supply needs to the supervisor.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and clean even minor areas of dirt, dust, or spills.

Time Management: Efficiently complete tasks within scheduled shifts.

Reliability & Punctuality: Must be dependable and show up on time for scheduled work.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 25-50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.

Following Instructions: Ability to adhere to cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Basic Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Teamwork: Willingness to work with others and assist as needed.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the United States
