NOW HIRING: JANITOR

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the facility to ensure a safe and professional work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces to maintain facility appearance
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily maintenance tasks
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Maintain organized storage areas and janitorial supplies
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
