NOW HIRING: JANITOR

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the facility to ensure a safe and professional work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience operating a sit-down forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces to maintain facility appearance.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily maintenance tasks.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain organized storage areas and janitorial supplies.
• Assist with basic facility tasks and material movement as needed.
• Operate a sit-down forklift when required (experience preferred).
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
