    Job Title: Night Janitor (Tuesday–Thursday) Location: Discussed in person Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday Reports To: Night Supervisor / Operations Manager Employment Type: Part-Time

    📋 Job Summary

    The Night Janitor is responsible for ensuring that the facility located at 2300 S. Eagle Road is cleaned and maintained to professional standards each evening. This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent evening hours and who takes pride in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Clean and Sanitize restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors).

    Sweep and mop hard floors and vacuum carpeted areas.

    Empty and replace the liners in all trash and recycling receptacles.

    Dust desks, counters, windowsills, and other horizontal surfaces.

    Refill supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.

    Lock and secure assigned areas after cleaning.

    Report maintenance needs, supply shortages, or security concerns.

    Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

    Complete tasks efficiently within the nightly window.

    A complete cleaning schedule will be provided at the time of hiring

    Have a cell phone to clock in and out to record labor hours and upload before and after pictures

    Qualifications

    Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

    Ability to work independently and consistently.

    Reliable and punctual with good time management.

    Physically able to bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), and be on feet for duration of shift.

    Must be legally authorized to work and may be subject to a background check.

    Work Environment

    Indoor commercial facility located at Fruitland

    Evening hours in a low-traffic setting.

    Exposure to cleaning chemicals and routine custodial tools/equipment.
