About the Position We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to service a federal office facility in Paisley, Oregon. This position supports a USDA Forest Service office and requires professionalism, discretion, and consistent high-quality cleaning standards.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity with a small business contractor supporting a federal agency.

Work Schedule

Wednesday after 4:30 PM

Saturday OR Sunday (flexible)

Approximately 10–15 hours per week

Work is performed while the building is closed

Duties Include

Restroom sanitation and disinfecting

Trash removal

Office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)

Lobby and entrance cleaning

Window cleaning (periodic)

Carpet cleaning (seasonal)

Floor waxing/maintenance (quarterly)

Supply restocking Must maintain federal cleanliness standards at all times.

Compensation

$22–$24 per hour depending on experience

Requirements

Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred

Ability to work independently

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass background screening
