Turner Staffing Group is seeking a dependable Janitor to support housekeeping and facility cleanliness at an active mine site near Republic, Washington. This is an ongoing, project-based role focused on maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment for site personnel.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial and cleaning duties across site facilities
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas
• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom materials as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and workspaces
• Follow all site safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to site management

Required Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to the mine site
• Ability to work in an industrial environment

Additional Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without work visa sponsorship
• Local candidates only (no relocation available)
