We’re looking for an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate multiple commercial janitorial sites, ensuring top-quality service and smooth daily operations.     Job Responsibilities

    Coordination and supervision of multiple janitorial accounts

    Ensures quality service is provided within the budgeted hours for each account

    Training of new hires and retraining of current employees when needed

    Assign duties to employees and inspect work routinely to ensure standards are met

    Prepare schedules, making sure accounts remain within labor budget

    Maintain customer relationships by visiting and inspecting accounts on a regular basis

    Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

    Fill in for shifts that have no coverage due to call outs

    Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

    Must have a valid SC driver's license, your own reliable vehicle & proof of auto insurance, as travel between accounts is necessary

    2-3 years of management experience in a related field, janitorial industry strongly preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Ability to work independently and efficiently

    Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments

    Dedication to customer satisfaction and employee success

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    Ability to work well in a team environment

    Ability to motivate, train, and develop employees

    Ability to effectively use technology: Microsoft 365 (email, Word, very basic Excel), timekeeping system/reports, inspection app

    Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required

    Physical Demands

    This position may require lifting objects up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of items up to 25 lbs. Additional physical demands include reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, as well as tasks that require writing, visual acuity, and auditory attention.
