Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial / Custodial Employee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values consistency, and enjoys being part of a company that emphasizes quality and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and sanitizing of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on site
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States
Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred (training provided)
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive movements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must pass background screening
