Dr. Detail Services Inc. is a professional pressure washing and cleaning company dedicated to delivering high-quality services with attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail. We specialize in commercial and industrial cleaning.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the cleaning and maintenance of pump rooms, including degreasing and mopping floors. Ideal candidates will have experience with industrial cleaning, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain pump room floors using mops, degreasers, and appropriate cleaning solutions

Remove grease, grime, and dirt buildup from floors and surrounding surfaces

Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and safety equipment

Follow safety protocols, including proper ventilation and use of PPE

Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor

Adhere to company policies and job site protocols

Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

Prior janitorial, industrial cleaning, or pressure washing experience preferred

Knowledge of degreasing agents and proper mopping techniques

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Occasional weekend or evening work depending on client needs
