Overview Join our dynamic team as a Condominium Janitorial Worker and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.

Conduct detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.

Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning machinery areas or large-scale facility spaces to uphold safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness of trash disposal areas and restock supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper regularly.

Assist with custodial responsibilities in residential painting or minor maintenance tasks to support overall facility upkeep.

Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams on repairs or issues identified during cleaning routines.

Experience

Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.

Proven skills in general cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and use of cleaning machinery.

Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices such as minor repairs or painting is a plus.

Experience working in residential or commercial cleaning environments demonstrating attention to detail.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
