About Coeur d'Alene Resort:
Our resort prides itself on impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented janitor to oversee the Lobby and ensure all areas meet our high standards.
The Role:
The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized lobby environment while delivering exceptional guest service. This role serves as a first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive first and last impression of the resort.
This is a part-time seasonal role, May-September, mid-shift
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide directional assistance throughout the resort
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, entrances, and adjacent public areas to include restrooms.
Assist guests with general inquiries, amenities information, and resort services
Coordinate with Front Desk, Bell Services, Housekeeping, and Security as needed
Monitor lobby activity and report safety or maintenance concerns promptly
Support crowd flow during peak check-in/check-out times and special events
Assist with light logistical tasks (e.g., distributing maps, setting up signage, restocking materials)
Uphold resort standards for professionalism, hospitality, appearance and cleanliness.
