Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Manager Level 1 to oversee cleaning operations in various commercial locations within Lancaster, DeSoto, and Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring cleaning standards are met, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities

Train and guide janitorial staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
