ServiceMaster Cleaning Specialists is currently hiring for a part-time, morning janitorial service provider in Cumberland, MD @ Coldwell Banker. The position would entail cleaning a financial institution every other week, Thursday morning. Start time will be at 9AM and takes about 3 hours per shift to complete the job.

Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

Damp-wiping and sanitizing flat surfaces, furniture, shelves, etc.

Emptying trash receptacles / replacing liners

Sanitizing and cleaning restrooms

Vacuuming carpeted surfaces

Sweeping and damp-mopping hard floor surfaces

Cleaning interior windows / ledges / blinds

High/low dusting

Applicant Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive to each location independently

Must be willing to complete a background check

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
